ทีดีอาร์ไอ – วช. จัดสัมมนา “กัญชาไทย…จะไปทางไหน?” เปิดผลประเมินทางสุขภาพ-เศรษฐกิจ-สังคม หลังปลดล็อกกัญชา 2 ปีพบใช้เพื่อนันทนาการมากสุดโดยเฉพาะในกลุ่มเยาวชน ชงข้อเสนอ ใช้มาตรการทางนโยบายและกฎหมายคุมเข้ม ห้ามผสมอาหาร-ขนม หนุนยกเลิกปลูกในครัวเรือน วันที่ 29 มีนาคม 2567 สถาบันวิจัยเพื่อการพัฒนาประเทศไทย (ทีดีอาร์ไอ) ร่วมกับ สํานักงานการวิจัยแห่งชาติ (วช.) จัดสัมมนาสาธารณะเรื่อง “กัญชาไทย…จะไปทางไหน?” ที่ โรงแรมอีสติน แกรนด์ สาทร กรุงเทพฯ ดร. ณัฐนันท์ วิจิตรอักษร นักวิชาการทีดีอาร์ไอ และหัวหน้าแผนงานวิจัย “การประเมินสถานการณ์และจัดทำข้อเสนอแนะเพื่อลดผลกระทบต่อสุขภาพ เศรษฐกิจ และสังคมจากกัญชา และผลิตภัณฑ์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง” กล่าวว่า เกือบ 2 ปีแล้วที่รัฐบาลไทยได้ประกาศปลดล็อกกัญชาออกจากบัญชียาเสพติดเมื่อวันที่ 9 มิถุนายน 2565 โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อประโยชน์ในการดูแลรักษาสุขภาพ แต่การปลดล็อกดังกล่าวส่งผลให้ประชาชนทั่วไปสามารถปลูกกัญชา ซื้อ ขาย นำไปผสมในอาหาร และใช้เพื่อนันทนาการในพื้นที่ส่วนตัวได้ โดยสถานการณ์การใช้กัญชาในประเทศไทยหลังจากปลดล็อกพบว่ากัญชาถูกนำไปใช้ใน 3 รูปแบบคือ เพื่อการแพทย์ […]
